All team members have high university education in live science disciplines and MBA degree in marketing, general management or international business relations, graduated from top MBA-schools – INSEAD in France and City University – Seattle.
They also have significant life and practical experience at positions of Sales reps, Product and Marketing managers in different local and international companies.
We are also working in close cooperation with several consultants, who are key opinion leaders in their industries and segments, in Bulgaria and abroad.
Management team
Mr. Ivo Hadzhiyski is Managing Director of Sequoia-MTC EOOD. His professional activity is directly
linked with the organisation of seminars and trainings, the coordination of the preparation of market analyses,
providing consultations on how to set up a market strategy and position new brands, products and services.
He has work experience of more than 10 years in different positions in real business - sales, negotiations,
presentations, promotions, etc. He used to work for world-known companies such as 3M & BAXTER - USA, and BASF -
Germany.
He has a Master's degree in "Industrial Biotechnologies" from Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski" and in
"International Business Relations" from New Bulgarian University. He is a fluent speaker of English and Russian.
Mr. Dimitar Ogniyanov has a BA degree in Economics from "Allegheny College"- USA. He is also holds an
MBA degree in General Management from "Insead" - business school in France. He has worked for 8 years in the
area of financial services, and has gained experience in high-profile positions in American and European
financial institutions. He is a fluent speaker of English, French and Spanish.
His is our Senior Consultant and Coordinator. He is directly responsible for establishing and maintaining
contacts with current and potential clients of the company abroad, setting up marketing strategies and
providing consultations. He is also gathering, processing and analysing business data from abroad. His
scope of work also includes helping Bulgarian companies expand their operations globally.
