The main steps to realize more successful sales

It’s a well-known fact that qualitative customer service together with skills, power and motivation of employees play the key role for successful business, especially in sales. Further to that the above mentioned seminar will help you to summarize and structure your experience and knowledge and will provide you with useful practical skills.

The training will show you the right way of dealing and acting in order to guarantee fast persuasions, and the establishment of long-term successful business relations with your customers.

The main stress during the training is put on the practical situations, including recurring mistakes and the way that they could be avoided. We will provide you with practical advice which is adapted and is workable on the Bulgarian market and finally will deliver you skills of how to better approach your customers and how to build result-oriented cooperation with them.

The training comprises the following main parts: planning and organization of work for Sales force, preparation of meetings with customers, business relations with existing customers, hunting new customers and “closing the circle” or making successful sales. Significant part of the time is schedule for “follow-up” analysis and process of building of long term partnership with key customers.

This seminar is suitable for all sales force of the company (Sales Representatives,Sales supervisors, Product Managers, Promoters, etc.) including also the whole staff that have contacts with customers.
